In an interview, Paul Ngarama expressed readiness to bury the hatchet and urged Jowie to seek forgiveness.
“I can say my son, let’s forget the past and focus on the future because things happen and we know God has a purpose for all of us,” he added.
Lady Justice Grace Nzioka found Jowie guilty of Monica Kimani’s murder, which occurred in September 2018.
“It’s important to bring the three families together and to seek for forgiveness despite what happened because one day Jowie might come out from jail even though he was sentenced to death,” Ngarama stated.
Ngarama aims to facilitate reconciliation among the affected families, emphasizing the need for forgiveness as a closure to their anguish. He believes that forgiving Jowie before his sentencing initiated his own healing journey, guided by God.
