Amos Whose Wedding Was Cancelled, Receives Free Holiday To Mombasa

Bomet groom whose wedding was cancelled before the eve day has received a fully paid four- day holiday to Mombasa by Bonfire Adventures and Events.

 

Amos Rono was set to wed Nelly Chepkoech but plans went sour after it was discovered Nelly had re-united with her ex-boyfriend.

 

This unfolded all plans that had been set resulting to wedding cancelation that’s still a hot topic on Kenya’s media houses.

Speaking to journalists on how the wedding collapsed, Amos said Nelly claimed not ready for marriage because of her age and that she had a boyfriend.

 

Bibi harusi ambaye alisema ya kwamba ako na mtu mwingine mahali na mwenye hakuwa amesema hapo awali. Hiyo harusi haikufanyika kwa sababu ya hayo maneno” heartbroken Amos said.

 

Mr Rono further said despite the cancellation of the wedding, he won’t accept her in case she comes back but she’s forgiven.

Nimemwacha yeye aende afuzu maishani mwake upande ule mwingine ama atafute bwana mwingine kiroho safi kwa sababu hata kama alikuwa amesema bila kujua, namsamehe yeye ” he opened up.

Sikuwa na roho mbaya tangu tuanze na yeye. She was to become my wife na baba yake alikuwa ako na shughuli kuona ya kwamba hii harusi inatimia. Nampongeza babake” he added.

 

Bonfire Adventures and Events CEO Simon Kabu has offered the Kalenjin man a fully paid holiday to Mombasa for rediscovery, rest and peace.

In a video shared by Mr Kabu on social media, he also requested to have a volunteer counselor who may join him in offering therapy to heartbroken Amos.

 

Amos on his side, admitted to be sane as soon as possible and be set to fishing ground within three to four months and try retry.

 

“I have come back to my senses and I am continuing to see something positive in the near future. In 3 months to 4 months time, I’ll be back to my normal state in search for my rib” he said.

On the fully paid holiday, Mr. Kabu urged him to go solo and have his own time of rest, personal analysis, figuration and decision making.
