Aslay Reveals Why He Has Kept His Life Private
Bongo Flava artiste Dogo Aslay has shade light on why he has kept his life private. Speaking to one Media outlet in Kenya, the singer said he loves a low-key life.
Aslay explained that he doesn’t like to publicize his private life and that he loves it. He also said most of his fans have accepted him that way although a few have yet to.
The former Yamoto Band artiste also claimed that some social media users with evil plans may yearn to go deeper to know and unearth much about his private life, which he isn’t ready for.

“Sipendi sana mtu ajue maisha yangu mengine kwa sababu Kuna baadhi ya mashabiki wananipenda nilivyo na Kuna baadhi ya watu hawapendi nilivyo. Wanapitia kwa watu wengine kutaka kujua maisha yangu ya pembeni.” He claimed.
The singer, who is currently in Kenya, confesses that he rarely posts anything on his social media handles since he’s under the music label – Sony. He said he posts what the label tells him to do.
Additionally, Aslay said that sometimes, social media mislead people and destroy lives. However, he clarified that he follows the guidelines and directives from the music label that signed him before he posts anything on his handles.

“Sio kama sitaki kupost. Natamani kupost, lakini sasa wale majamaa lazima upost kitu ambacho wanakitaka wao kwa kipindi ambacho wanataka kutengeneza kazi yao nzuri,” he clarified.
The singer is set to launch his first music album in 2025 before focussing on collaborations and solo projects.
