Marcus Rashford Wins Player Of The Year

Marcus Rashford scooped two awards yesterday during the Manchester United end-of-season awards.
The England star became the first academy graduate to receive the Sir Matt Busby Player of the Year award since 1998 as he won the Sir Matt Busby Player of the Year award, which is decided by the fans, after being crowned United’s Players’ Player of the Year for the 2022–23 season on Monday night during a flashy ceremony.
Marcus Rashford took to his social media pages to thank everyone after the win.
“What an incredible honor to win both the Sir Matt Busby and Player’s ‘Player of the Year’ awards tonight,” Rashford tweeted. “To have the support of both the fans and my teammates means the world; I couldn’t do it without you all. Thanks to the manager and all the staff for their phenomenal help.” He said.
In 35 Premier League games, Rashford has scored 17 goals, helping a much-improved United team finish third and qualify for the Champions League in their first year under Erik ten Hag’s management.
