Chelsea announced yesterday that Mauricio Pochettino will become their head coach from next season onward.
The Argentine will start in his new position on July 1, 2023, under a two-year deal with a one-year club option.
The 51-year-old has coached in Spain and France in addition to numerous seasons of Premier League experience.

Chelsea owners were full of praise for the Argentine, as they believe he can help the team.
“Mauricio’s experience, standards of excellence, leadership qualities, and character will serve Chelsea Football Club well as we move forward. He is a winning coach who has worked at the highest levels in multiple leagues and languages. His ethos, tactical approach, and commitment to development all made him an exceptional candidate.” Todd Boehly said
The London-based club has been faced with difficulty in performing this season as they endured their worst finish to the season in a century.
