Woman Pours Hot Oil On Business Rival

A street vendor is nursing serious burns after her business rival attacked her with cooking oil following a misunderstanding.
It is reported that the incident happened after the victim Namagembe Monica; a salon attendant blamed Namatovu Brenda, a 26-year-old market vendor who fries roadside chips for using stale cooking oil in her business.
Namagembe who claims to have interacted with a number of Namatovu’s clients called her out claiming she had received numerous complaints from customers who had stomach upsets as a result of the stale oil used to fry chips.
During the argument, the victim also pointed out an incident when a nearby clinic attendant raised a complaint about the same issue. During the confrontation, Namatovu reportedly grabbed a cup full of hot cooking oil from the frying pan and poured it on her accuser.
Namatovu was left with burns on her upper body. Luckily her toddler who she was carrying at the time of the attack was left unharmed.
