Her dress code has caused controversies on her followers who have called her a hypocrite of the word and an implication of immoral gospel lovers living as beings in sheep skin.

Malaya! Kahaba mkubwa! Hypocrite! Mbwakoko! Jezebel! Shenzi! Shetani! Some of the words I have been called in the last two days.

People who know or don’t know anything about my past immediately felt the need to not only call me names but drag even those near me!

” I am heartbroken! Maneno yenu makali yamenichoma na kuniweka chini! But this is my story” heartbroken Dj Kezz posted.

In her defense, celebrated gospel couple artists; Guardian Angel and Esther Musila amongst many Instagram users have come out in her defense by claiming salvation came for the sinners.

Stand and stay strong. Katika maisha jifunze kuwa na kumbukumbu. Tutalipia gharama” motivated Esther Musila.

Guardian Angel has not been left behind to motivate Dj Kezz as one among many celebrated gospel artists who have been victims of cyber-bullying and that, she has to stay focused on herself.

Stay focused. Don’t let the empty and senseless words of online fools who have nothing to offer in life bring you down. Yesu mwenyewe alikuwa mtakatifu but walimsulubisha. This is your story” Guardian Angel motivated.

However, according to some followers, they allege the Seventh Day Adventist (SDA) deejay is up to shooting a video about her life named Natetewa which many haven’t known.

After graduating from campus in2018 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Public Administration, the motive to look for a white color job became a hurdle, making her make a U-turn in the field of academia.

In her U-turn, the minds and love for deejaying led her Swag Sound School of Deejay which later got attached at Club Timber in Eldoret Town.

Life as a female deejay was good at the beginning until at one point was chased out of the event at night by the bosses without full pay.

This made her parents especially grandmother who were close to her to confront her by claiming she had turn away from God’s ways.

As a concern, she started playing SDA songs which currently, have won the hearts of many.

As a gospel artist, she released her first song Kimbilio in November 2021 and in April 2022, collaborated with Guardian Angel and released an album with three songs; Jipende, Unaweza and Hapa Kwetu.

Being one among many celebrated female deejays in Kenya and first female SDA gospel deejay; the second born in a family of two looks forward to working producing the best as Dj Joel Mfalme.
