Another Top Journalist Quit Citizen TV
After months of missing in action on Kenyans screens, it has emerged that celebrated Citizen TV Senior reporter Sam Ogina left the station for a plum job.
Mr Ogina is said to have land a job with the Parliamentary Service Commission and was attached at Kimani Ichungwa’s Majority Of in the national assembly.
Ogina reportedly quit the media towards the end of 2022.
While at RMS, he majorly covered political story that includes parliamentary events.
Ogina started his journalism journey at KTN News before moving to SK Macharia’s owned media house.
He is an alumnus of Daystar University.
Reports indicate that Ogina’s farewell party was held concurrently alongside that of Francis Gachuri.
Gachuri was last week appointed Head of communications in the office of Interior Cabinet Secretary.
