As media stations continue to have most of its top presenters exit, Tv 47 Kenya is however set to launch its new new swahili radio station dubbed Radio 47.
According to a confidential source, the Ojijo road based Radio station, is said to own a state of the art studio and so far has 31 frequencies amid its launching in a few weeks time.
Contrary to most radio stations which only allow its listeners to enjoy the voice of their favourite presenters, Radio 47 boasts of being the first audio-visual Swahili Radio station in Kenya. This will allow its fans to see what is going on inside their studio throughout, through its 24/7 online live streaming.
The station has also reportedly porched big names in the industry in what seems to be a strategy that they have employed to counter their competitors with already established names in the market.
Speaking to Milele FM presenter Eva Mwalili who is among the big names said to have been porched by the station, she remained hesitant to confirm the news maintaining that she is still a Milele FM presenter.
“I’m still a Milele Fm Presenter” the Gospel Radio Guru of the famous GALILAYA DECLARATION emphasized.
