Maina Kageni Dispels Rumours of Being A Billionaire
Maina said he doesn't respond to online criticisms/ courtesy.
Maina Kageni, a celebrated media personality, has shared uncommon things about himself with Mideyah Digital Media, including his businesses.
In a Quick Fire Session with Mr Trippy, the Classic 105 presenter revealed that he’s the most paid journalist in Kenya, followed by other journalists, including Jeff Koinange.
However, Maina denied the myth and report alleging he is a billionaire. He alleged that he has yet to reach the level of a billionaire.

“One myth is that I am a billionaire and can afford to give someone Ksh 10bn. Ksh 10 billion? Do I look like Kasongo? “ Maina posed as he dispelled the rumours.
Further, Maina said if he were to become the president of Kenya for a single day, he would pass the law to legalise Marijuana since the herb isn’t harmful to human beings.
“If I were to become the president for a day, I would legalise Marijuana. Anything that grows from the ground cannot be bad for a human being. “ The celebrated journalist said.

The presenter also revealed he would have been a businessman with a business in Nairobi CBD if he hadn’t been a journalist.
However, he said that he doesn’t respond to social media criticisms. According to him, only relevant ones are the ones criticized online.
