“Blunder Kubwa”: Nuru Okanga Angrily Reacts to Raila Odinga’s Reunion With President Ruto

Nuru Okanga, an Azimio diehard has expressed his disappointment over Hon. Raila Odinga’s reunion with President William Ruto.

Okanga explained that Raila could have refused Ruto’s joint Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and remained in the opposition rather than betraying Azimio members.

Okanga reiterated that before Hon. Raila Odinga signed the Memorandum of Understanding, he had hinted at pushing for the constitutional amendment and disbandment of the IEBC board to prevent further election fraud.
However, he and other Azimio followers felt betrayed by the MoU deal. In his statement, he stated that although Raila agreed to work with Ruto, Azimio’s team should remain independent.
