Kenyan socialite and businesswoman Huddah Monroe has urged Kenyan politicians to shift their focus from early election campaigns to addressing the pressing needs of the country.

 

Huddah emphasized that it’s time for leaders to prioritize critical infrastructural development as the rainy season approaches, stressing the urgent need for well-maintained roads, effective drainage systems and the repair of potholes.

 

Taking to her Instagram, the curvaceous socialite expressed her disappointment at how politicians have begun campaigning, urging them to stop.

“It’s like elections are happening next year, the way things are moving. Meanwhile, the rainy season is upon us. We just need roads, good drainage and potholes fixed. Whatever politicians do doesn’t warrant any more blood being spilled in Kenya, God got us,” she stated.

 

Her comments come at a time when political temperatures in the country are rising, with some leaders already gearing up for the next general election.
