Man Forced To Quit Job Over Bald Head Compensated
UK man who was forced to quit his job as a director at Tango Network has won a case he filed against his boss.
Mark Jones a sales director at Tango Network was forced to quit the company after his boss made it clear that he did not want baldheaded employees in his firm.
Philip Hesketh who is also baldheaded, planted unnecessary misdeeds upon Jones until he called a quit from the Leeds-based mobile company.
According to Independent UK report, Philip wanted to axe the aged and recruit young energetic men in the company.
As a way of axing Jones, he claimed that he doesn’t want to work with baldheaded employees who are above 50 years.
Further, he claimed that above 50 years employees usually lazy around in offices and never deliver thus reducing the productivity of the company.
Jones was on 16th February 2023 compensated £71,000 by the company over sexual harassment and bullying meted on him by the company official.
The court said that, pin pointing a person as a baldhead is the same as insulting a woman because she has heavy sized – boobs and thus the issue is slammed as sexual harassment.
“I am saddened at the blatant manipulation and lies set out in the grievance report, and believe this is only designed as a tick box exercise to make me look bad and to further a performance management process that should never have been carried out in the first place,” he wrote in his resignation letter.
Mark Jones is now compensated for emotional torture, bullying and sexual assault he went through under Philip Hesketh’s leadership who is also baldheaded.
