Royal Media the most trusted and highly rated Media Company in Kenya, this is according to Media Council of Kenya (MCK) report on State of Media report in 2022b
Overall, Royal media Service has a total coverage share of 62%. Statistics mainly from Citizen Tv, Ramogi Tv, Inooro Tv, Ramogi FM and Inooro FM
RMS was followed by the Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC) at 13%, Standard Group (10%), Nation Media Group (6%), Radio Africa Group (5%) and MediaMax (4%).
In the TV category, Citizen TV lead the packed with 38%, followed by NTV 13% KTN Home 12% and KBC 9%.
Citizen Radio was ranked high with 18% in the Radio Category followed by Radio Jambo at 16% the Radio Maisha was third with 12 & and Milele FM 8%
The report showed Daily Nation is the most read newspaper, followed by the Standard and Taifa Leo respectively.
In digital news, Tuko.co.ke was ranked highest with with 28% followed by citizen Digital, Daily.africa, standard.co.ke.
Facebook remains and Whatsaap remains the most trusted social media platforms.
