Unexpectedly: Evah Mwalili Shares Weirdo Moment Food And Laughter Left Her Ashamed In Public
Evah Mwalili, a celebrated Kenyan gospel presenter, has yet to forget a day she laughed, and accidentally, food particles came out of her mouth and landed on a man’s face.
In a recount moment with Billy Miya on Radio 47, Evah Mwalili, also known as Mama Taifa, narrated that the weirdo and shameful moment happened when she was in college – Kenya Institute of Mass Communication.
The radio host explained that she was in the company of friends and some parents having a chat when food from her mouth landed to a man’s face.

She stated that in their verbal dialogue, Julie, her friend cracked funny stories that she couldn’t control laughter. She said that she laughed hysterically, forgetting she had food in her mouth.
“Rafiki yangu Julie alikuwa akinipigia story ambayo ilinifanya nikacheka kani ya kucheka. Wakati wa kucheka, kulikuwa na mwanaume amekaa opposite nami. Sasa wakati wa kucheka, particles za chakula zilirukia huyo jamaa kwa uso. Na yeye akawa zile za ‘oh, my goodness!’ Niliaibika sana.” Mama Taifa narrated.
Mama Taifa added that she was ashamed and apologised to the young man after food particles from her mouth landed on his face.

“Haki nilimwomba msamaha sana. Ilikuwa aibu kubwa lakini uzuri ni kwamba alikuwa mtu ambaye anaelewa na hakuanza fujo. Aliniambia kwamba nisiwe na wawasiwasi, anaelewa namna maisha yalivyo.” She revealed.
She explained that she learned a lesson from the shameful encounter and since then, she doesn’t make laughter or speeches when food is in her mouth.
“Chakula kimeniletea aibu na balaa sana maishani. Sijui ni kupenda kula sana. Upo hata wakati karibu ninyongwe na chakula lakini nilipata funzo. “ She admitted.
