“Sipendi Mchezo”: Apostle Ng’ang’a Scolds Congregants For Giving Him Small Amount Of Offering

Apostle James Maina Ng’ang’a of Neno Evangelism Centre has caused a buzz online after he was filmed scolding congregants for giving him a small amount of offering.
In a recent sermon shared online, he said he was the commander and that he didn’t deserve small amount of offering from his church members.
Apostle Ng’ang’a stated that the offering was not worth his status and that the congregants should give out more money worth his status as a televangelist.

“Leta hio sadaka. I don’t play games. Saa hii ni nini? What’s this? Ya nani hii? Hawa wote? Hii? Mama ambaye utajenga madhabahu ya watoto, unakuja all the way kufanya sarakasi hapa?” Apostle Ng’ang’a posed after he received the offering from a male usher.
The vocal man of the cloth further warned his church members against their behaviour of giving out small amounts of offerings in exchange for his blessings and prayers.
“Next time don’t come here when am here, I am the commander. I don’t play games,” he warned his church members as he emptied the bucket of the offering on the altar.

In a separate viral sermon, Apostle Ng’ang’a warned women in his church against the indecent dress code. In his statement, he said their dress codes always make men uncomfortable when he is preaching.
However, he said any woman who would dress indecently in his church would get leprosy if she doesn’t dress decently in church.
