Pilot Nyako Threatens To Take Legal Action Against Safaricom PLC
Nyako stated that she wants Safaricom to admit liability for breaching her right to privacy, apologize to her and settle the matter outside
Controversial Tiktoker Roseline Atieno AKA Nyako has threatened to take legal action against Safaricom company for exposing her personal information.
Taking to her TikTok account, Nyako has accused the telecommunication company for exposing her financial transaction to a third party.Through her lawyer Danstan Omari in a letter that has been released to the press, Nyako has given the telecommunication company 7 days to explain how her information got to the public without her consent and failure to comply, she will initiate legal proceedings.

“Our client’s M-Pesa statements, containing her personal details and financial transaction history, a dataset exclusively maintained by your organization, were released to unauthorized persons and have been circulating on various social media platforms,” part of the letter stated.
Nyako stated that she wants Safaricom to admit liability for breaching her right to privacy, apologize to her and settle the matter outside court.
“That you admit liability for breaching our clients right to privacy which there after we shall quantify damages,” stated the demand letter.

The Tiktoker who is based in Germany mentioned in her tiktok live that she will sue the multimillion company big time.
