Mike Sonko Warns Critics Trying To Discourage Njugush, Celestine In New Venture
Former Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko has sent a stern warning to critics discouraging Njugush and his wife Celestine Ndinda after venturing into the Matatu business.
Sonko stated that people should celebrate people’s wins and not discourage them from trying new things in life. He noted that the couple was going to reap from the business despite the critics’ wishes.Through a post shared on his Twitter account, he called out people who were saying that Njugush wasted his money after selling his Toyota Prado TX to buy the new 33-seater minibus.

“Nimeona a few haters trying to discourage them. Hata sisi tuliambiwa hatutaweza when we first started but we prevailed. Just watch this couple will prove many wrong! There’s a God in heaven and the devil is always a liar. I know they will make it,” he wrote.
Sonko noted that when he ventured into the matatu industry, people also criticized his new move like they are doing to Njugush but later made it through. He added that God works in miraculous ways while encouraging the couple to keep pushing in the industry.Last week, the couple purchased a brand new 33 seater mini- bus and named it after their Firstborn son, Tugi. The matatu now operates under Super Metro and it plies the Nairobi-Kitengela route.
