Chris The Bass Leaves Milele FM, Set to Join Radio Maisha
Chris The Bass has left Milele FM after serving for 5 years at the media firm. In a post shared online, it’s reported the Bangaiza Show host is reportedly set to join Radio Maisha.
Sources close to the journalist notified Mideyah Digital Media that the journalist was set to leave Milele FM to follow Mercy Mmbone to Radio Maisha.
However, when Mideyah reached out to the journalist, he distanced himself from the reports of joining Radio Maisha.

Although the journalist is currently on vacation in America, he announced his exit from Milele FM after serving in the media for five years.

However, other sources report that the celebrated entertainment show host is set to join Radio 47 contrary to reports about Radio Maisha.

Before he joined Milele FM, Chris The Bass used to work at Pilipili FM based in Mombasa which is currently known as Msenangu FM. The journalist has served Mediamax for over four years.
His exit from Milele FM comes at a time when most media houses in the country are facing economic challenges in matters of income and salary payment.
Recently, Mediamax correspondents down their tools to protest against their salary delays and balances. In a notice shared online, the correspondents affiliated with K24, Milele FM and People Daily newspaper were complaining about their stay for a couple of months without salary.

Standard Group, on the other hand, its financial struggles since the Corona pandemic has seen key presenters, bosses and anchors leave to other media houses.
DJ 2one2 being the latest to leave after Radio Maisha head Tom Jappani, the Standard Group’s entertainment newspaper The Nairobian is also on the down-town trend.
