“Wish It Was A Dream”:Lady Painfully Mourns KU Friend Who Died In Accident
Sonie Njagi is deeply saddened by the unexpected passing of her friend, Just Mike, following a tragic Kenyatta University bus accident in Voi. The accident took the lives of eleven students, including Just Mike, a young man well-known among his peers.
To Sonie, the news of his death felt surreal, like a nightmare she couldn’t wake up from. She couldn’t believe that someone so full of life could be gone in an instant.
Hoping against hope, Sonie yearned for the moment when she would open her eyes and find out it was all just a terrible dream. The thought of Just Mike’s absence seemed impossible to accept in herheart; “I love you, Michael,” she declared.

“It is hours now and I cannot believe you are no more. My heart is bleeding, wish you can come and you can come and say goodbye. I wish heaven had visiting hours, I would visit everytime just to tell you I love you. You remain forever in my heart. Just Mike is remembered not only for his prowess on the football field but also for his keen skills in political strategy. He was a multi-talented individual, leaving a void in both the sporting and academic communities.
“Friend to all to all, best political strategist, simple and had a unique style; I’ll miss his positive vibes,” She lamented.
The loss of Just Mike was not just felt by his close friends and family but also by the wider community who recognized his potential and the impact he could have made in the future.
