“He Will Not Be A Statistic”: Abel Mutua Vows To Disclose Reason Behind Younger Brother’s Death
Former Tahidi High actor Abel Mutua alias Mkurugenzi has for the first time opened up about the sudden demise of his younger brother Raphael Mbuvi Musyoka.
Abel Mutua recently assured his fans and Kenyans at large that he will soon share with the world the reason behind his death and the cause.
The storyteller disclosed that 2023 ended on a sad note for his family following his brother’s death but he cannot complain because it was God’s plan.

Mkurugenzi noted that he knows many people really want to know what happened, leading to his brother’s death and he will share the same not long from now.
According to Abel Mutua, he would not want his brother’s death to be just another statistic.
He noted that he would love to use his brother’s story to rescue other people who may have taken the wrong route.
“We wrapped up last year on a sad note. You all saw what we went through. But that is how life is. It is unfortunate but you know it was God’s plan. I know many people want to know what really happened, and I must share the story with you. Not for anything else but I would not want my brother’s death to be just another statistic. I would like us to use it to rescue other people who might be taking the wrong path.” Abel Mutua said.

On Saturday, December 30, Abel Mutua posted a poster further sharing more details about his brother’s death.
The poster had a section where the family pleaded with Kenyans to help them raise funds so that they could accord the young man a decent sendoff.
It was at that point when all hell broke loose as Kenyans on Twitter (X) took to the popular microblogging platform to call out Abel Mutua, a well-off filmmaker for asking for financial aid from Kenyans.
Quite a number of netizens blatantly told Abel Mutua that he does not need to ask for financial aid to bury his brother because he is one of the richest entertainers in Kenya.
Others, even laid a blaming finger on him holding that he neglected his younger brother who somewhat suffered before his demise yet he is a loaded fellow.

According to thousands of Abel Mutua’s critics, he has been making a long of money from Netflix, his Mkurugenzi YouTube Channel, live shows, endorsement deals, and countless films he has produced in the recent past.
Most insisted that Abel Mutua was exhibiting a high level of hypocrisy with his financial aid appeal.
Others, however, condoled with him as they prayed for his family to get relief during this trying time.
A section of netizens defended him holding that emergencies such as sickness and deaths usually get the affected unawares, therefore destabilising them financially.
