With that said most artists find themselves in a myriad of quandaries whenever their crafts fail to generate revenue for them.

It is for that particular reason that celebrated events emcee, Peter Mwachiro Deche alias MC Maiden thought it wise to try his hands at a side hustle that has been making him quite a substantial amount of money.
Mideyah Digital had a sit down with MC Maiden who disclosed that he decided to invest in exotic dog breeding to cushion himself against harsh economic times whenever business in the entertainment industry goes down.
Speaking during an exclusive interview with Mideyah Digital, MC Maiden disclosed that he decided to breed exotic dogs for sale and not any other business because of his love for the canidae.
“I have loved dogs ever since I was young. I just love taking care of dogs, feeding them and all that. I never imagined I would one day make a living by doing what I love.” MC Maiden disclosed.

Side Hustle
MC Maiden who is a big time events emcee, has been doing well for himself in the entertainment industry having hosted a number of shows both in Kenya and Tanzania.
According to MC Maiden, breeding the exotic dogs has been sustaining him whenever things go slow in the entertainment sector.
He told Mideyah Digital that he has been dealing in different types of dogs such as Rottweiler, Dobermann, Bullmastif, German Shepherds among others.
Maiden added that the business has been a blessing for him since it has been making him some good money.
“On a good month, I can make about KSh 100,000. On a bad month I do about KSh 50,000,” MC Maiden said.

Advice To Fellow Creatives
The star revealed that he decided to breed the exotic dogs so that he can have something to fall back to whenever his emceeing job dwindles.
MC Maiden noted that most entertainers usually go broke because they solely depend on their craft and do not have side hustles.
He wrapped up by advising fellow creatives to consider other side hustles and not depend on entertainment only.
