The Manchester Evening News and other 3 outlets have been banned from Ten Hag’s press conference today.

 

Samuel Luckhurst the chief correspondent of Manchester Evening News is one of the journalists banned from Ten Hag’s press this evening.

 

Sky Sports chief reporter Kaveh Solhekhol is also banned from attending the press this evening, The Mirror’s David McDonnell and Rob Dawson of ESPN have all been blocked from joining Ten Hag’s press conference.

 

A United spokesperson claims the ban was imposed because the club has not been contacted for comment on reports that Erik ten Hag is losing the trust of some of his players.

 

Manchester United statement read;

 

Taken action against several media organizations”. It happens not for publishing stories we don’t like but for doing so without first contacting us to give us the opportunity to comment, challenge or contextualize”.
