Modern Coast Saves Stranded Busia Woman From Her Violent Marriage
Moving out of her matrimonial marriage was not Leah’s desire until her estranged husband chased her.
Leah, a Busia woman has been saved by Modern Coast Express after moving out her violent marriage in Kawangware.
According to Modern Coast Express Ltd, Leah had less amount of money to get her home after biding bye to her marriage.
With her child, she approached one PSV station to accept her Ksh 750 to get her home Busia from Nairobi but unluckily, she was chased.
“Nimezunguka kila mahali wamekataa kunisaidia. Nimeambiwa kama sina pesa za kutosha siwezi katiwa ticket” she narrated

Tears rolling down her cheeks, added that her only hope was the transport firm to come to her aid even if to be put in a bus boot.
” Mkinifukuza pia mjue sina pa kuenda. Nimefukuzwa na bwana. Amesema nikirudi atanivunjavunja.”
“Hata mkiniweka kwa boot nitaenda bora nifike nyumbani kwetu” Leah added.
Following her plea, the administration of Modern Coast Express Ltd in Accra Road Nairobi; offered her a Free Of Charge ticket (F.O.C), fed her child, returned her money and ferried her home in Busia.
