Eric Omondi Raises Over Ksh. 800k For Disabled Woman Assaulted By Nairobi Kanjo
Celebrated Kenyan comedian Eric Omondi has raised over Ksh 800, 000 through his online sisi kwa sisi mantra to help a disabled woman Mama Mary who lost her valuable business items to Nairobi Kanjos last week during an egg vendor and smokie raid in Nairobi.
In the video clip that resurfaced online last week, Mama Mary is seen dragged by City Askari ( Kanjo) from her wheelchair as angry netizens watch at a distance in disgrace.
Following the weird predicament demonstrated by the Nairobi County Kanjos where many hawkers were hit by losses, the comedian felt heartbroken and started a hunt to get Mama Mary.
“This is a disabled single mother of 5. She has been hawking for 20 years. County Askaris not only harassed her but destroyed her items” reads part of Omondi’s post on Instagram.
The single mother of six ( one adopted) is now an elated woman after Kenyans through Eric Omondi raised over Ksh 800,000 for her.Eric Omondi raising over Ksh 800,000 for her.

Last week, Mr. Omondi also mobilized Kenyans and contributed over Ksh 600,000 for Quinter Adhiambo a hustler who also lost her business items to city Kanjos.
