Several Injured As Full Capacity ENA Coach Bus Overturns
ENa Coach bus that overturned today Tuesday July 4,2023
Several passengers have sustained injuries after a ENA Coach bus travelling from Nairobi to Usenge overturned along the Nakuru-Kericho Highway today Tuesday, July 4,2023.
The injured passengers were rushed Londiani Hospital for medical attention as confirmed by one of the bus’ company official.
“It is true the accident occurred when the bus was heading to Kericho from Nairobi. Passengers suffered minor injuries and were rushed to Londiani Hospital”
Some passengers on board were students heading back to school.
Police and other rescue teams have rushed to the scene and rescue operations are ongoing.
“An accident involving a PSV has occurred at Mau Summit Junction along Nakuru-Eldoret Highway. 14 casualties have been evacuated to Londiani Hospital. The the operation is still ongoing,” Kenya Red Cross wrote
The cause of the accident is yet to be established
