Two Arrested With Over 200 Sachets Of Heroin, Cocaine and Bhang

Detectives from the anti-narcotics unit in Nairobi have arrested three suspected drug traffickers.According to the sleuths, undercover officers operating on intelligence nabbed a boda boda rider who was found in possession of 222 sachets of heroin stashed in his jacket in Uthiru area.

”A total of 222 sachets of the highly addictive drug were recovered from a boda boda rider in Uthiru area, who is believed to have been making deliveries to potential clients.

The undercover sleuths pounced on Selestino Inee, 32, who was ferrying the drugs stashed in his jacket using a motorbike registration number KMEY 571Y” Reads police report.

The Report further said; ‘‘the suspect led the detectives to his accomplices house Pepriter Kadenyi, 44, where a further recovery of the granular substance was recovered. Also recovered was dry weed with a street value of Sh 100,000 wrapped in a manila shopping bag and two digital weighing scales”

Police said the apprehension of the two come just hours after another raid in the neighbouring Rirurta Satellite area where detectives recovered 13 sachets of cocaine from 40-year-old Vincent Amufa.

The three suspects will spend the Easter holiday at Muthaiga Police Station pending arraignment on Tuesday.
