The Director of Public Prosecution(DPP) Noordin Haji has withdrawn charges of participating in unlawful demonstration and malicious property damage pressed against Azimio MPs at Kahawa Law Courts.
The six; Yogo Obure, Opiyo Wandayi, Laura Mnyazi, Richard Chonga, Esther Oromi and Stewart Madzayo are therefore free from the aforementioned charges and their cash bail will be refunded.
His office is also set to withdraw other 200 cases against protestors arrested during the Azimio demonstrations.
