Kakamega Man Jailed For 310 Years
Kakamega man has been sentenced to 310 years in prison by Eldoret Court on account of robbery with violence and rape.
Humphrey Shilisia from Shinyalu, Kakamega County has been accused of violently robbing people in Eldoret and a time raping them.
In 2020, Shilisia escaped from Langas Police Station where he had been imprisoned resulting to public manhunt leading to his re-arrest at his home area Shinyalu.
Upon his escape from prison, Kapseret citizens protested over his escape by claim he is a sadist criminal to take hid of leading one Langas Police Officer laid blame on Shilisia’s escape.
Victims coerced in the hands of Shilisia while presenting themselves to Eldoret Court for the suspect to be convicted, Lorna Angulia and Miriam Satari among other witnesses proved to court on accounts how they were robbed, harassed and harmed.
Following Shilisia’s escape from prison, robbery with violence, rape and physical harm during his sadist mission, the court has sentenced him to prison for 310 years.
