DJ Immo Quits Radio Maisha For Radio 47
The hunting and gathering of presenters from top stations by Radio 47 has taken a new turn.This is after the new born station in town poached renowned Radio Maisha DJ , DJ Immo.
Known for his hot and lively mixes during different shows, Immo is going to be a great gain for the new station by undoubtedly brightening their fans days with mouth watering latest and old mixes of all genres.
The beat nation super DJ took to his Facebook account to announce his exit from the Standard Group station after working with them for 7 years
“7 YEARS SEEMS LIKE YESTERDAY…. DAMN! IT’S BEEN REAL. I am taking with me special memories of nothing but good times…. for now, Adios RADIO MAISHA”
While speaking exclusively on Billy O’clock, Immo confirmed his next move while further stating that he will be the head of DJ’s.
“Yes, I’m starting a Job at Radio 47 today. My first show will be BAZE 47 from 1-3PM with Manucho Manucho”
“I’m gonna be the head Djs for Radio and TV 47″
He further termed his new journey as one meant to explore and be at the center of growth of a new project.
“We live to explore new opportunities. It’s a challenge I want to face it head on. I joined Radio Maisha when it was already established. Now I want to be at the centre of a new project.”
Immo follows his fellows Hassan Mwana Wa Ali, Beatrice Maganga, Mbaruk Mwalimu, Billy Miya, Emmanuel Mwashumbe, Eric Wambugu and Lynda Oriaso who quit Radio Maisha for the new station.
