Woman, 28- Year Old Sobs For Never Having A Man To Date Her
A viral video of a woman sobbing because she has never had a boyfriend has caused controversy online with followers coming up with funny comments on her worry.
A Shanghai based woman on her TikTok account is captured in the video sobbing as she narrates her worry to her sister- in-law.
The 28- year-old Chinese woman says she is pressured by parents and colleagues to get a boyfriend but luck has not yet knocked at her door.
She claims she has even gone for blind dates but still hasn’t found a person to love her but parents still pressure her to get a partner.
“I have never held a man’s hand and for a long while, I have tried to go for blind dates just to try not to disappoint my parents but still all in vain” she says in the video.
Further, she claim she has never set standards in life to whom she should date and either ignored a man approaching her.
“I’ve never looked down upon men but I don’t know why they do not approach me. I really need a person in my life. I just need to love a man. At 28 without a boyfriend is it really normal? I want to hold a man’s hand walking down the aisle of love” she says in the video.
In 2019, two Chinese companies announced giving single female employees over 30 years an extra eight days of annual dating leave.
The companies claimed that some departments are much busy and rarely give room to ladies to get out and date or get married.
Hangzhou Songcheng Tourism Management and Hangzhou Songcheng Performance companies said unmarried women over 30 in non-frontline roles would be given eight additional days of leave to go home and date.
” Female employees mostly work in internal functional departments and some are show performers.
“They have less contact with the outside thus I give them hope by giving them more time and opportunities to be in contact with the opposite sex “ Huang Lee, Human Resource Manager told one Chinese local daily.
At the comment section, some have made her worry a laughing stock, others giving valid comments and a few claiming she ain’t alone.
