In a shocking incident in Nadiad, Bank of India Nadiad Branch, a bank employee was brutally slapped by a customer inside the bank.
As seen in the video going round in social media, the customer walked into the bank and went directly to the employee ambushing him with serious slaps that drew his fellow employees and  those around to come to his aid.
The persistent and seemingly angry customer went on with his beating, making attempts to save the employee a struggle to those who ran to help him out.
The  Nadiad-Kapadwanj branch employee  identified as Manish Dhangar  handles the loan desk in the bank.
In his complaint, Manish says the  customer, Samarth Brahmbhatt,  who reached his desk at the branch and started assaulting him, had taken a loan from the bank and was seemingly angry with him and the bank repeatedly calling him to submit a copy of his house insurance policy.
Manish says  the customer threatened him over phone that he will not submit the insurance policy.
Following the audit by the bank, it was found that Samarth had not submitted a copy of his house insurance policy, which was needed by the bank as his house was not mortgaged with the bank.
