Police Fc Hammers Mathare United as AFC Leopards Silence Vihiga Bullets
Kenya Police beat Mathare United 5-0 in their FKF Premier League midweek fixture played at MISC Kasarani.
Cliffton Miheso scored a first-half brace scoring in the 11th and 4oth minutes. Elvis Rupia continued his fine scoring run netting in the 51st minute to make it three. Duke Abuya curled a fourth past Mathare keeper Brian Olango in the 62nd minute before Clinton Okinyi added a fifth two minutes from time.
At Nyayo Stadium, AFC Leopards edged Vihiga Bullets 1-0 through a Maxwell Otieno finish in the 4th minute.
At the Muhoroni Stadium, visitors Talanta beat Wazito 3-0.
Alvin Ochieng put Talanta in the lead in the 9th minute. Brian Yakhama scored the second in the 89th minute before Mathew Rodgers sealed the scoring in time added on.
