Ezekiel Machogu, Education Cabinet Secretary, on Friday January 20 released the 2022 KCSE results,
revealing that 173,345 candidates scored the minimum university entry grade of C+ (plus).
A total of 881,416 candidates sat the exam, with the number of boys being 443,644 and girls
