Nairobians Heap Praises On Super Metro
In a competitive industry with many SACCOs offering public transport service, Super Metro seems to be taking a landslide lead in Nairobi.
Operating in the busy city of Nairobi where every second counts for residents, Super Metro has had a golden chance of taking away better part of residents time as most are willing to wait in the long queues to board them as other vehicles are not necessarily full but because of what most Nairobians term as their good customer service.
In a recent twitter post, Ma3Route seemed troubled on why Super Metro had long queues while there were other vehicles around.
‘I once asked here why there’s always a long queue of passengers at National Archives waiting for Super Metro,’ the post read.
After an analysis, the answer pointed towards the SACCOs customer service.
‘Now I understand. Only the strongest and most responsive to client needs will survive the terrain,’ the post further read.
Interestingly, their fees are sometimes way higher above their competitors but they still manage to attract many customers proving that good customer service is key; people prefer where they are being treated well and receiving quality rather than where prices are low with pathetic customer service.

Matatu users are now urging other SACCOs to emulate Super Metro which has since won most Nairobians hearts and received an award from the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) in September 2022 for playing clean content for passengers.
