Legendary gospel singer Rose Muhando has painfully shared her story of rejection from close friends and life struggles she underwent when she fell sick in 2019.
In a recent church sermon shared online, Rose Muhando said when she fell sick in 2019, friends isolated her and never wanted to hear anything from her. In her statement, she even approached some artists she had worked with, but she also faced rejection from them.
“Niliwambia hadi wenzangu niliofanya nao kazi wanisaidie lakini wakasema huo ni msalaba wako beba mwenyewe. Katikati ya jaribu, nilibaki pekee baada ya miaka 17 kwenye huduma ya Mungu,” Rose shared as she testified in church.

Rose Muhando revealed that at some point, she wished God to take her life so that she may be relieved from pain, stress, loneliness and rejection but all in vain.
“Nilimuuliza Mungu nikiwa katika maumivu mbona aliona niyapitie hayo yote. Nilikuwa nikichomwa kisu kifuani lakini sikumjua aliyekuwa akinichoma.
“Kila nilipochomwa kisu, damu ilinitoka kifuani. Sijua kilichokuwa kikiendelea hadi nilimuuliza Mungu aniambie makosa yangu ili nitubu. Si matusi, si matusi mtandaoni, mapito yalikuwa mengi hadi nikatamani anichukue tu,” she added.

Following what she went through in her low moments, she urged netizens to let her sing and revive her old niche in music as she preserves her faith in Christianity.
“Mkiniona ninaimba niacheni niimbe. Mkiniona nafanyia Mungu chochote niacheni. Ninajua kile alichonifanyia,” she urged.
In 2019, Rose Muhando suffered an unidentified sickness that left her broke. In the viral information shared online, she was healed after she visited Kenya’s Apostle Ng’ang’a and prayed for her.
