“Hakutupakwa Mafuta”: Diamond’s Manager Details Their Visit At Diddy’s House In 2020
Diamond’s manager Babu Tale has said nothing scathing happened to them when they were invited at Sean Diddy’s house in 2020.
In an exclusive with a local media outlet in Tanzania, he said when they were invited by an American music producer Swizz Beatz at Diddy’s party, they stayed outside the house and served food there.
According to Diamond’s manager, they wished to enter Diddy’s house to watch the movie as requested by Diddy, but Swizz Beatz stopped them from meeting the rapper in the house.
“Lakini unajua jana ndo nimerealize kwamba Swizz Beatz was protecting us kinoma noma kwa sababu kwanza tulipofika tulikaa nje ,” Tale said.
He added, “Watoto wake wakaja kutuchukua ‘uncle chakula’ tukawa mimi, Diamond, meneja wa Kanye West tukakaa chini tunakula. Diddy akatumana wafanyakazi wake tuende chumbani tukaangalie movie lakini Swizz Beatz akawa mkali na tukaondoka bila kuaga.” he added.
After they were barred from entering the house to meet Diddy, Tale stated that he felt Swizz Beatz had berated them, little did he know they were being protected from some awful things.

“Yani tulipomaliza party yake, (Swizz) akamuita dereva akamwambia ‘hakikisha hawa unawafikisha hotelini kwao, usiwapeleke popote’. Sasa sisi tukamchukua tu kama anatubania wala hatujajua chochote maskini ya Mungu, kumbe kuna mambo ya Johnson,” Tale stated.
However, they left the event unharmed: “Tulienda kama tulivyoalikwa na tukatoka salama. Hatukupakwa mafuta au kumwagiwa maji,” he cleared the air.
Diamond Platnumz in a separate interview, he said the visit at Diddy’s place was good but there were things they did, and others happened though it was yet his time to share in detail.
Diddy, 54, was arrested on September 16, 2024, in a New York hotel over sex trafficking, fraudulent business among other charges.
