Diddy Faces Sexual Assault Allegations For The Second Time This Month

Rap icon Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is facing a new lawsuit alleging sexual assault, filed by Joi Dickerson-Neal.
The plaintiff alleges the incident occurred in 1991 when she met Diddy while she was a Syracuse University student.
According to the lawsuit, Dickerson-Neal reluctantly agreed to a date at a Harlem restaurant where she worked, after which she was driven to a recording studio.

She claims feeling weakness in her legs and unable to stand, leading her to suspect that she may have been drugged during their meal.
The lawsuit further states that Diddy drove her to the place he was staying, where he sexually assaulted her.
Following the alleged assault, Dickerson-Neal says that she struggled with mental health issues, ultimately dropping out of college and being diagnosed with clinical depression.
Diddy’s spokesperson has denied the claims, dismissing them as a baseless money grab.
“This last-minute lawsuit is an example of how a well-intentioned law can be turned on its head,” the spokesperson stated.

Jonathan Goldhirsch, legal representative for Dickerson-Neal, emphasized the importance of seeking justice through the Adult Survivors Act.
“Our client has not been able to escape the continuing impact of the harm Combs caused her many years ago,” he stated.
This lawsuit comes up only a week after musician Cassandra Ventura, also known as Cassie, accused Diddy of rape and sex trafficking during their decade-long relationship.
