“Lack Of Respect”: Law Student Storms Varsity To Demand Missing Marks From Lecturer
A former law university student has stormed the campus to demand marks from his lecturer. In a viral video shared online, the unidentified law student was captured seated at the gate of Moi University School Law demanding the missing marks from the don who is alleged to have left the institution years ago.
According to reports, the law student stormed the campus on 28th March 2024 and has refused to leave the institution until his cries are solved by the administration.
Oozing law jargon terms, the student accused the lecturer whom he identified as Mr Chebii of withholding some of his marks for certain units making him not graduate from the campus.

“You cannot just break into the house of Air Cons of Freedom Law and all of a sudden purport that Air Cons of Freedom Law does not partner any more. Especially, attics owned to jurisdiction.
“That’s a lack of respect for the constitution where you are. It cannot be. Respect constitutional law first and then act in the best interest of Air Cons of Freedom Law.” He said.
It’s reported the law student who hails from Mt Kenya, left Moi University School of Law in 2011 but because the missing of marks in some units he was taught by Mr Chebii, the marks have barred him from graduating from the institution.

Following his complaints, the institution has yet to verify his arguments or give a statement because the law student is also reported to be battling mental health issues.
Besides that, it’s reported the lecturer the student alleges withheld his marks no longer teaches at the campus.
