Kenyan Influencer She’s Kemunto Opens Up About The Viral Instagram Confessions

Kenyan influencer and businesswoman Diana Kemunto popularly known as She’s Kemunto has opened up about the viral confessions she has been sharing on her Instagram page.
Taking to her social handles, the social media influencer said the intimate confessions shared on her Instagram page are always authentic and verified by her sources.
Kemunto went viral last week over the confessions sent to her by her followers via direct messages divulging intimate experiences they had encountered in their lives. The confessions caught the eyes of Kenyans prompting her to share insights into them.

Kemunto is a former ‘city girl’ who stated that the confessions were authentic details sent to her by her followers who wanted to warn people to be careful about how they trended in their intimate lives. She insisted that the confessions were not scripted for any personal gain.
“I have a brain. If I were to do those stories on my own then I would have started the first time I trended for city girls. The stories are not fake, the confessions are very real. I can’t hire 10,000 people to write stories or open 10,000 accounts to fake stories. I have about 1039 zenye sijapost. And I am scared of what might happen if I do. You have seen the impact that the whole issue has had so far,” she said
Kemunto said that the decision to share the stories was inspired by her friend who suffered a virus and she felt the need to share on her platform to create awareness to other people, in some other instances providing counselling to them.

Kemunto became famous in 2022 when she started advising young women on hustling tactics. As a ‘city girl’ she delved into the nature of relationships advising on how to manoeuvre the city to achieve personal aims.
