Blogger Abuga Makori believes Pastor James Ng’ang’a of Neno Evangelism Center should consider replacing MP Sylvanus Osoro as his lawyer.
Makori’s suggestion comes after Osoro failed to prevent the impeachment of Kisii deputy governor, Hon Robert Monda, by the senate. Despite Osoro’s position as the government Whip, he couldn’t leverage his influence to defend Monda against the ouster from office.

Makori pointed out Osoro’s long standing rivalry with the ODM Kisii governor, Hon Simba Arati, and questioned his effectiveness in navigating the ‘UDA-controlled’ senate to support Monda.
Expressing his opinion on his official X account, Makori stated ,“Pastor Ng’ang’a should sack Sylvanus Osoro as his lawyer. Osoro, the government Whip, has been defending embattled Kisii Deputy Governor Dr Robert Monda, but the elder has been impeached by Senate. Osoro is always at loggerheads with Gov. Simba Arati, who has defeated him in ‘UDA-controlled’ Senate.”
Additionally, Makori raised doubts about the fairness of Monda’s impeachment and called attention to possible loopholes in the process.
