Edna Awuor claims she moved in with the Late Kelvin Kiptum in 2019.
Edna Awuor Otieno, the lady who claimed to have sired a child with Late Marathoner Kelvin Kiptum has taken netizens through their relationship.The young lady recounted to have met Kiptum in 2016 while in their high school days.
In a exclusive interview with TUKO, Edna Awour shared the connection they shared with Kiptum. She said that it was a friendship that later evolved to a romantic relationship.

Edna Awuor while giving a glimpse of their relationship with the Late Marathoner she said that they moved in with Kiptum in 2019. Edna’s parents were also aware of their relationship. The bold lady also spoke of being known to Kiptum’s wife saying that they had met with her and sometimes when Kiptum’s phone was off, she would call her to ask Kelvin’s whereabouts.
“I knew Kelvin since 2016. In 2019, we moved in and became lovers.We used to live here and my parents knew about our relationship. I have met Kelvin’s wife before and sometimes we used to talk,like when his phone was off she used to call to know his whereabouts,”she claimed
Kelvin Kiptum passed away on 11th of February 2024 in company of his coach a Rwandese, Gervais Hakizimana after being involved in a road accident.
Edna had moved in an Eldoret Court a day before his burial to stop it, but the judge declined to do so. She wanted to persuade the court so that her woes could be heard. Earlier Edna had revealed that her daughter resembled the talented Marathoner and wished her to become a star like her dad.
