“Fine Body”: Mulamwah’s Bestie Ruth K Serving Body Goals

A few weeks after Ruth K gave birth to their son Oyando Junior with Mulamwah, the lass is already serving body goals. A photo posted on Mulamwah’s Instagram page depicted RuthK with a fine body and it seems that she has bounced back.
Ruth K gave birth to their son whom they mostly refer to “Kalamwah”. The little baby boy has brought happiness to the young family which does not shy to share the progress to their fans.

“Mama Kalamz,”Mulamwah captioned the photo.
Mulamwah announced his son’s birth to fans through a touching post in his social media. He expressed his overwhelming joy, saying he feels complete again. He also thanked girlfriend Ruth K for blessing him with what he termed as an amazing gift.
“GOD IS GREAT , finally our boy is here ,the heir is here , the KING is here – @oyando_jnr aka Kalamwah . Welcome to the world my son, it’s the best feeling in the world to finally see and hold you can’t wait for us to grow & make memories together ,” he wrote.

A week into motherhood, Ruth K narrated it was not a walk in the park. Adding the full time job had its fair share of ups and downs to tackle. The new mom also revealed that her biggest challenge was breastfeeding… a new job she noted has been a terrible experience for her.

“Motherhood is sweet. I cannot complain, but it has many ups and downs. There are many challenges, but we still push on and try our best,” the actress stated in a YouTube video posted on her channel.
