Jimmy Gait, a Kenyan gospel singer has broken his silence about his singlehood despite ageing far from the youth age bracket.
Speaking to Youtuber Lynn Ngugi, Jimmy Gait claimed he hasn’t been fortunate in getting a woman to date to marry because of different perceptions about personal needs and goals.
He further claimed most millennial women are clinched to different personal issues which a man can’t solve on her behalf at the immediate time. Following the sample case, the Muhadhara hitmaker alleged not knowing when he’ll get a woman to marry.

“I am not married. I don’t know. I’m growing older and I don’t know if I will get married. I don’t know,” the singer told Ngugi during the interview.
Further, the singer revealed that if things continue being tough on him in matters about love, he’ll be forced to remain single forever or possess the character traits of the biblical King Solomon.
“Maybe I’ve not been very lucky in this field. I’ve been character developed, well it’s both ways, mimi sasa sijui. Sijui nikuwe kama Solomon ama,” he added.

If it’s to date, the singer said the woman to marry should be compatible with him apart from physical beauty and inner beauty that nearly or equals to Lynn Ngugi.
“I think for me it’s about compatibility. Of course, a smart woman intrigues me. There’s the physical beauty but there’s the inside beauty…Unaweza patana na msichana mrembo sana but she is giving you hell,” he clarified.
However, he added that he ain’t ready to marry because society is filled with many women battling personal issues that may bring chaos in love when married.
“Soko imeharibika. Unakutana na dem lakini ile anaona ni security and love but a man thinks differently. A man is looking for stability a man is looking for tomorrow. He’s working towards tomorrow but many women want now” he revealed.
