Top Citizen TV news reporters Hassan Mugambi and Chemutai Goin will soon be leaving the Royal Media Services owned TV station, Mideyah Digital has learnt.
Reports reaching Mideyah Digital newsdesk indicate that Hassan Mugambi is leaving the station for a top position in the Defense Ministry.
Sources intimate to the scribe hissed that Mugambi will be taking the role of the Personal Secretary for Defense Cabinet Secretary, Adan Duale.

The source further disclosed the reporter has already started his engagement with the Defense Ministry as he recently joined Adan Duale on his official tour in the US.
Mugambi has also been resharing content from Duale’s Twitter page through his own, a clear indicator he is already in.
His colleague at Citizen TV Chemutai Goin on the other hand will be taking up a senior role at the Senate in the coming days, Mideyah Digital ha learnt.
“She us going to the Senate. Some senior position huko.” a source told a local publication.

The two journalists will be leaving their active duties in the media space after many years of service.
Both Hassan and Chemutai have a wealth of experience having worked for some of Kenya’s top media houses ranging from K24 to Citizen TV.
Their impecable reporting and different feature pieces have earned them a name in the much-competitive media industry.
