Pastor Stuns Kenyans After Releasing Gospel Song Dubbed ‘Yesu Ninyandue’

Kisii artist Embarambamba needs to pull up his socks if indeed he still wants to impress the masses with the genre and style of music he has been heavy on.
Judging by the latest turn of events, it is clear that the Nataka Ninyonwe crooner has been inspiring other artists who have decided to come out and give him a run for his money.
One such artist is Eldoret-based preacher and gospel artist William Getumbe who has just followed the artist’s footsteps by releasing a weird song dubbed ‘Yesu Ninyandue’.

Mideyah Digital understands William Getumbe recently released Yesu Ninyandue in a move that threw many people aback.
Just like his ”mentor” Embarambamba, Getumbe’s lyrics in the song are characterised by sexual terms such as Ninyandue( Have relations with me) which totally confused Christians and other gospel music lovers.
“Yesu ninyandue nipate mimba ya imani,” goes a line in Yesu Ninyandue chorus.
In a true Embarambamba vibe, the man of God turned musician threw himself in the mud and pulled a number of funny theatrics in the official Yesu Ninyandue music video.
Getumbe’s latest release caused ripples on social media with different parties taking sides.

Some netizens called him out for using vulgar words on a gospel song and pulling very childish moves in the music video.
Others, however, rallied behind him, holding that Getumbe has every right to release any type of content he deems fit.
It should be noted that Getumbe had previously worked with the Panua star on a song called Nyonga.
The pastor cum musician’s style of doing things, especially his music has seen him being accused of seeking attention and cheap publicity.
