Charles Ouda ‘s Fiance Ciru Muriuki Pleads For Financial Support For Late Actor’s Decent Send-Off

Late Salem actor Charles Ouda ‘s family and his fiance Ciru Muriuki are pleading for financial assistance from Kenyans to help them accord the deceased a decent send-off.
Ciru, through her official Instagram page, posted a poster with a Paybill number through which Charlie’s fans and other Kenyans of goodwill can send their contributions.
”Join us in providing a dignified farewell for a cherished legend,” the poster read in part.

Ciru Muriuki’s post touched hundreds of Kenyans including fellow celebrities who thronged the comments section to console her.
Many pledged their support.

This comes barely a week after news of Charles Ouda’s sudden demise was made public.
As earlier reported by a cross-section of the Kenyan media, the actor’s death was first announced by his older sister Elizabeth on his official Facebook page.

The official statement expressed the deep grief and sorrow felt by Charlie’s family and fans.
The family asked for space and privacy to grieve the loss of their loved one.
“We are still in shock. To his family and fiancée, our thoughts and prayers are with you every moment of the day and night. To our audiences, his fans, the cast and crew of Salem, and the film industry, let us bow our heads in a moment of prayer, for a hero, a role model, and a friend who has left us.
