Akothee and Nelly Oaks were heading to the burial ceremony of Hon. Dalmas Otieno’s wife when she made the remarks.

“Heading to the funeral with my family to condole with The Family of Hon Dalmas Otieno Anyango. “In loving memory: Celebrating a life well-lived.R.I.P Mama Jane,” she wrote on her Meta account.

Hon Dalmas took to Social Media to mourn his now late wife in a heartfelt post.

“It is with a difficult heart that I announce the passing of my wife, Mama Jane Otieno who went to be with the Lord. She was a woman of great character and strength. Those who knew her would appreciate her great sense of elegance and style, attention to detail and love for the greater community,” he wrote
