Akothee Finally Discloses Reason Behind Her Divorce With Omosh: “He Hid His Disease From Me”

Controversial musician Akothee has for the first time revealed the reason behind her divorce from her Swiss husband Denis Schweizer alias Omosh.
Akothee disclosed that she decided to walk after finding out Omosh was hiding a number of mental diseases from her.
According to the Baby Daddy hitmaker, she started noticing, or rather experiencing Omosh’s diseases during their honeymoon.

Speaking during a recent interview with a local media station, Akothee noted that Omosh was controlling and had started changing her life for the worse.
“I walked out of that relationship back in June. We had to pack our bags out of that relationship because it was not a relationship. I’m one person who doesn’t force issues. When it is not working for me, it is not just working,” Akothee revealed.
The musician narrated one instance when Omosh exploded in anger when she asked for a taxi following a minor disagreement they had while on their honeymoon.

It was during the altercation over the taxi incident when Omosh ultimately opened up to her, revealing that he had been battling bipolar disorder and was on medication.
“I asked him if he was a narcissist and if he was mentally sound, and he said, ‘Yes, I take medication.’ I was shocked,” Akothee said.
Akothee and Omosh’s wedding ended about one month after their lavish wedding that was attended by some of Kenya’s top public figures, including Mama Ida Odinga.
