Why FKF Premier League Tickets Will Go For Ksh 3,000 For The First Time

As the FKF Premier league enters into the Match week 20 this weekend a lot has happened over the first leg. Gor Mahia are currently on top of the table with 43 points after 19 matches, 10 points clear from the second placed Nairobi City Stars who have 33 points.
K’ogalo are the only unbeaten club so far this season and they will be looking to win the premier league for the second season in a row. Away from unbeaten Gor Mahia record, fans attendance in our Kenyan pitches has been poor with only Gor Mahia, AFC Leopards, Tusker and newly promoted Shabana FC pulling some good number of fans to their matches.

With few fans showing up for the matches, the entry fee charges have been low to accommodate all the fans. The highest VIP tickets goes for only Ksh. 500 or Ksh. 300 for normal matches with only Ksh. 1,000 VIP tickets on Mashemeji Derbies.
This weekend, for the first time ever in Kenya’s FKF football history, the entrance fee for Police FC against defending Champions Gor Mahia fixture, tickets will be sold at an unusual charge. The match will be held tomorrow on Saturday 3rd of February at Police Sacco Stadium from 3:00PM.

The number of fans attending the match has been restricted to 500 fans only for the safety of both fans and players. To enhance the overall match experience, only 50 VVIP tickets will be available at Ksh. 3,000, while 100 VIP tickets are up for grabs going for Ksh. 2,000 while a total of 350 regular tickets will be available for purchase going at Ksh. 1500 each.
